Our boron carbide product (often used together with other materials) is used in a process that’s called Boronizing, which is a thermal chemical surface hardening process. Benefits of this process are many which include increased hardness, high temp and acid resistance. Boronizing created a wear resistance surfaces and extends the useful life of the component or tool treated.

Mold Release

Our release agents use Hexagonal Boron Nitride powder is a key as a key ingredient. Our product can be formulated with water, oil or Ethanol. Due to the unique lubricating properties and inertness to molten metals and salts our boron nitride powder is ideally used as a mold and die release agent for high temperature requirements. Our release agents are used in the tough conditions of aluminum, magnesium, zinc and lead applications.
